American Bass is very excited to again conduct the Lake County Chamber of Commerce Annual Team Bass Tournament. 2025 marks the 37th Year for this tournament! The LCCC Team Tournament is one of the largest annual bass tournaments in the West. Two days of tournament fishing, March 15th & 16th. Get ready for giant limits and awesome cash payouts!
If you have never fished this event, this is a great year to make it your first! The water is HIGH and the GIANT BASS will be on the CHEW!

Yes, Clear Lake is a destination for World Class Bass Fishing. But Lakeport is also a destination for vacationing. Bring your friends and family to this one. The Lake County Chamber of Commerce makes this a fun weekend for all.
The Entry Fee is $250.00 + there is a $7.50 Stripe processing fee for each entry.
The boat release "Blast-Off" number on day 1 will be the order the entries are received. The order is reversed on day 2.

Registration Opens for Walk-Ins only at the Lake County Chamber of Commerce office. The registration will be performed on-line made on the computers at the Lake County Chamber of Commerce office.
No Membership Required.
• If you are a current American Bass member, or recently expired member, you will login to your American Bass account with your email and password. They you will register for the tournament. If you do not remember your password, and need to reset your password, you can do that in advance, or at the time of registration. If you need assistance with your email or password, call the American Bass office prior to the registration day. We are open from 9:00AM-6:00PM, we will be happy to assist. 714-423-4532
• If you are not an American Bass member, you will click on Non-Member. You will complete the on-line Waiver and then register for the event.
The Waiver and purchase is all completed on a secure transaction through "Stripe" e-commerce.
Tuesday 2/4/25
American Bass and the Lake County Chamber of Commerce website will open the On-Line registration to all. You can still go to the office to use their computer, or you can register on your phone or on any computer using the link that will be released at 9:00AM on 2/4/25. You can also call the American Bass office to enter with a Credit Card, but each member will still need to complete the waiver. (714) 423-4532.
Remember, Each Angler must complete an on-line waiver to be eligible. This waiver will be available starting 2/4/25. There is NO fee for the waiver.
Registration closes at 5:00PM on Thursday 3/13/25. All entries that are in the process of entering at 5:00PM WILL be accepted.

Tournament 1st Place Winners - Monica & John Hampel of Reno, Nevada

The Lake County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the winners of the 36th Annual Clear Lake Team Bass Tournament, generously sponsored by Sutter Health. This tournament began in 1987 and immediately demonstrated to the community how important bass tournaments are to our local economic development.
This year, 111 teams registered for the event, bringing 222 anglers to Lake County for the two-day tournament. Coming in first place were Monica and John Hampel of Reno, Nevada. This is the first time in the history of this tournament that a woman has taken the top prize. In addition to the 55.73 pounds of bass that the team caught during the two-day tournament, Monica also caught the largest fish on both days. On Saturday, she caught a bass that weighed 8.18 pounds and another that weighed 8.03 pounds on Sunday. The couple left the tournament with $7,000 of prize money, $5,000 for receiving first place and $1,000 for each of the “Big Fish.” The second-place team, Paul Bailey and Seth Dandridge, of Kelseyville and Clearlake Oaks respectively, caught 54.84 pounds of bass and took home $5,000 in prize money. The team won an additional $1,000 for catching the “Heaviest Bag” as the five bass that they caught on Sunday weighed 31.94 pounds. The third-place team, Mike Hitomi of Lucerne and Frank Ono of Hidden Valley Lake, caught 51.83 pounds of bass and took home $2,000 in prize money.
In addition to acknowledging Sutter Health’s generous sponsorship, the Lake County Chamber of Commerce would also like to thank American Bass. Craig Sutherland has served as the tournament’s director for the last three years. He and his team have done a wonderful job organizing the logistics of the event to ensure the safety of the anglers and the bass alike.
The Clearlake Bassmasters served as the release boat for the event, ensuring that all of the bass caught during the tournament were released back into the lake, alive and well. Finally, we are also grateful to David Noland of HD Video Creations for serving as the event’s photographer and videographer. Planning has already begun for the 37th Annual Clear Lake Team Bass Tournament, so look forward to more information as soon as a date has been secured.
